This place suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and a children's play area. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with sim cards. I highly recommend trying the delicious food! I’m coming back for Christmas.

Upon arrival, a long check-in process of about an hour can put a damper on things. The cleanliness of the rooms raises concerns, with reports of dirty sheets and cutlery, and Wi-Fi only available in the lobby limits connectivity. the repetitive food offerings and staffing to cater primarily to a specific demographic can feel unbalanced for international visitors.

I had a canny time at this hotel. The staff were pure dead brilliant, always smiling and keen to help. The food was lush, with loads of options at every meal. Just wish the room could've been cleaner, but overall, it was a grand holiday!

The hospitality provided by Mr Marwan Waked, the room division manager, made our stay delightful. he genuinely cares for the guests’ needs. The garden view from our Deluxe Double Room was refreshing and added to the tranquil atmosphere. The variety of food options during meals was commendable, consistently fresh and delicious.

The check-in process was lengthy and took longer than expected.
